The STAGES studio is located in the sparkling new Little Dolphin Marketplace, on US Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine. Group classes are held in our 700 square foot movement studio equipped with a state of the art sound system, wall mirrors and specialized movement equipment (ballet barres, tumbling mats, etc).
Our convenient location is situated less than 10 minutes south of Portland, and is easily accessible from Route 295 and the Maine Turnpike (Rte 495).

Take 295 to the Scarborough/OOB exit. Follow ramp to Scarborough and you will be on Rt. 1 south. Follow Rt. 1 south about ½ a mile to the Little Dolphin Marketplace (on your right) and turn in after the sign. We are located in the middle of the marketplace.
